1. Seller
Renlo, info@renlo.fi
These terms apply to orders placed in the Renlo online shop.
2. Ordering
An order is binding once it has been paid. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the details in the confirmation are correct.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include Finnish VAT (25.5 %). Delivery costs are shown at checkout. The price of a custom model is the price calculated at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed by Stripe (e.g. cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Klarna – availability may vary). The payment is charged when the order is placed.
4. Custom 3D models
You are responsible for having the right to manufacture the model you send (e.g. copyright and design rights). We review every model before production. If a model cannot be manufactured as ordered, we contact you and refund the order in full.
We do not manufacture weapons, weapon parts or other items whose manufacture or possession is unlawful. We use your model files only to deliver your order.
Layer lines, small colour variations and support marks are characteristic of 3D-printed parts and are not defects.
5. Delivery
Products are typically manufactured in 3–10 business days, after which they are shipped with the selected method. We deliver within Finland. Pickup is possible by arrangement.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for ready-made products from the date of receipt. Notify us by email; you pay the return costs unless otherwise agreed. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold it until the product has been returned.
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (chapter 6, section 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such as parts manufactured from your own 3D model.
7. Defects and complaints
Inspect the delivery on arrival and report any defects or transport damage within a reasonable time. A defective product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
8. Disputes
We aim to resolve all disputes by negotiation. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
